FBA CHAMPIONS OFFER 🏆
Standard Amazon FBA prep from €0.50 per unit + VAT
Promotion available to new clients from 1 August to 30 September 2026
At FBA Pinatar, we are Amazon sellers too. We understand first-hand how important it is to reduce costs, avoid preparation errors and maintain fast, organised inventory replenishment.
That is why we are launching a special rate for small and medium-sized, compact and lightweight products, with all standard FBA prep services included.
Our process is simple:
We receive → inspect → prepare → hand over to the carrier
Our standard preparation time is 24 to 48 business hours from receipt of the goods, provided that we have received all the necessary instructions, documentation and labels.
Promotional rate
€0.50 per unit + VAT
The offer applies to products that meet the following conditions:
✓ Maximum weight of 300 g per unit, including its retail packaging.
✓ No dimension exceeding 23 cm.
✓ Maximum approximate size equivalent to the volume of a football.
✓ Standard product not classified as Oversize.
✓ Product that is not fragile, liquid or classified as dangerous goods or Hazmat.
✓ Product without batteries or special storage or temperature requirements.
✓ Product correctly packaged in its retail packaging.
✓ Goods identified by ASIN, SKU or reference.
✓ Minimum promotional delivery of 100 units.
For smaller quantities, products with different characteristics or projects requiring special handling, we will prepare a personalised quotation.
Monthly volume discounts
Discounts are applied to the monthly subtotal of the preparation services included in the promotion:
Discounts do not apply to VAT, transport costs, new boxes, special packaging materials, third-party services, or any additional work outside the scope of the standard promotional service.
Services Included in the Promotional Rate
The promotional rate includes all the standard services required to prepare products for shipment to Amazon FBA:
✓ Standard receipt of goods at our facilities.
✓ Registration of the inbound shipment.
✓ Basic unit counting and verification.
✓ External visual inspection of each product.
✓ Notification of damage, shortages, or any issues with photographs or videos.
✓ Sorting products by ASIN, SKU, or product reference.
✓ Printing and applying FNSKU labels.
✓ Covering or removing the manufacturer's original barcode whenever it may conflict with Amazon's requirements.
✓ Basic sealing of products whenever required.
✓ Organising and consolidating units into Amazon FBA shipping cartons.
✓ Preparing the box content information for each carton.
✓ Measuring and weighing completed cartons.
✓ Applying Amazon/UPS box content and shipping labels.
✓ Applying standard logistics warning labels where required.
✓ Reusing the original cartons whenever they are in good condition and comply with Amazon's requirements.
✓ Basic reinforcement of reused cartons whenever necessary.
✓ Handing over the shipment to the designated carrier.
✓ Access to a shared Google Sheets tracking table.
✓ Tracking of all received, prepared, and dispatched products.
✓ Direct operational communication via WhatsApp and email.
The customer creates the shipment through their own Amazon Seller Central account and provides us with the corresponding PDF labels. We supply the box content information, dimensions, and weights required to create the shipment correctly.
No Membership Fees or Hidden Costs
We do not charge for:
✓ Customer registration.
✓ Monthly subscription fees.
✓ Long-term commitments or contracts.
✓ Minimum monthly volume requirements.
✓ Standard inbound receipt of goods.
✓ The number of suppliers.
✓ The number of boxes or parcels received as part of a standard workflow.
✓ Basic unit counting.
✓ Standard visual inspection.
✓ Photographs or videos of any issues identified.
✓ Standard product handling.
✓ Applying FNSKU labels.
✓ Covering the manufacturer's original barcode.
✓ Basic sealing where required.
✓ Reusing suitable cartons.
✓ Basic reinforcement of reused cartons.
✓ Handing goods over to the carrier.
✓ Access to the shared tracking table.
✓ Standard operational support.
Each month, you are billed only for the work actually carried out.
Additional Services & Materials
When a product requires preparation beyond the standard service, the work will always be discussed and quoted before it is carried out.
Individual Poly Bagging or Protective Wrapping
From €0.25 to €0.50 per unit + VAT, depending on the product size and the materials required.
Where applicable, this service includes the application of the required Suffocation Warning label.
Bubble Wrap
From €0.40 per unit + VAT for small products.
The final price depends on the product size, fragility, and the amount of protective material required.
Simple Bundles and Multipacks
For the assembly of standard bundles, the following pricing applies:
Current promotional prep rate + €0.25 for each product included in the bundle + VAT, plus the cost of the packaging materials used.
For example, a bundle consisting of four products would be calculated as follows:
✓ Promotional preparation rate for the completed bundle.
✓ 4 × €0.25 for assembling the bundle.
✓ Cost of the box, bag, or other packaging materials used.
Complex bundles, premium presentation bundles, or bundles requiring additional protection will be quoted individually.
Spanish Compliance Labels
From €0.25 per label + VAT.
If extensive translation, custom label design, regulatory adaptation, or multiple labels per product are required, a separate quotation will be provided.
New Amazon FBA Cartons
New cartons are charged from €1.99 per box + VAT.
The final price depends on the box size, strength, design, and quantity required. There is no single fixed price for all cartons.
Whenever possible, we always reuse and reinforce suitable cartons at no additional cost before using new ones.
Palletising
Pallet assembly, strapping, stretch wrapping, labelling, and pallet preparation are quoted separately.
To receive a quotation, please provide the number of boxes, weight, dimensions, and the type of pallet required.
Other Services Quoted Individually
✓ Products weighing more than 300 g.
✓ Products with any dimension exceeding 23 cm.
✓ Oversize products.
✓ Liquids.
✓ Glass or fragile products.
✓ Products containing batteries.
✓ Dangerous goods or Hazmat.
✓ Food products, cosmetics, supplements, or products with an expiry date.
✓ Temperature-controlled products.
✓ Dividers, void fill, or reinforced packaging.
✓ Intensive sorting of mixed inventory.
✓ Detailed inspections or advanced quality control.
✓ Opening products to inspect internal contents.
✓ Physical removal of stickers or adhesive residue.
✓ Additional storage.
✓ Returns processing or complex refurbishment.
✓ Product disposal or removal.
✓ Special inbound shipments, container unloading, or extraordinary handling.
Costs Not Included
The promotional rate does not include:
Transport from the supplier to FBA Pinatar.
Transport from FBA Pinatar to Amazon Fulfilment Centres.
Customs clearance, import duties, import procedures, or customs representation.
New cartons.
Pallets.
Special packaging materials.
Storage beyond the time strictly required for preparation.
Cargo insurance.
Third-party services.
Amazon Seller Central account management.
Translations or legal compliance checks not expressly included in this offer.
Transport costs to Amazon are charged directly to the seller's account or paid directly to the selected carrier.
Preparation Time
Our standard preparation time is 24–48 business hours, provided that all of the following conditions have been met:
The goods have been received correctly.
The products are properly identified.
The customer has provided all the necessary information.
We have received clear preparation instructions.
All required labels and documentation have been received.
The preparation time may reasonably be extended in cases of exceptionally high volumes, unidentified goods, incomplete information, product-related issues, public holidays, force majeure, or delays caused by Amazon or the carrier.
Promotion Validity
✓ New customers who contact us between 1 August and 30 September 2026 (inclusive) may apply for this promotional offer.
✓ Customers accepted during this period may benefit from the promotional rate until 31 December 2027, provided that both the products and operational requirements continue to meet the conditions of this offer.
✓ The promotion is subject to availability and operational capacity.
✓ FBA Pinatar reserves the right to close the promotional registration period early if maximum operational capacity is reached.
✓ FBA Pinatar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion if significant changes occur in material costs, energy prices, transport costs, legislation, Amazon requirements, market conditions, or operational capacity.
✓ Any changes affecting existing customers will be communicated at least 30 calendar days in advance.
✓ Jobs already accepted and confirmed before any modification will remain subject to the previously agreed conditions.
✓ The promotion may be cancelled immediately in cases of misuse, inaccurate product information, non-payment, undeclared goods, handling requirements significantly exceeding those originally declared, or any breach of the service conditions.
✓ This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or special pricing agreement.
Eligibility Conditions
✓ The product must be approved by us before it is shipped to our facilities.
✓ Weight and dimensions are calculated based on each unit including its final retail packaging.
✓ The inspection included in this offer is basic, visual, and external only.
✓ Functional testing, authenticity verification, composition analysis, safety checks, legal compliance verification, or inspection of the contents of sealed products are not included.
✓ Goods must arrive properly identified and, where applicable, sorted by product reference.
✓ Storage included in this service is limited strictly to the operational time required to receive, prepare, and hand over the goods to the carrier.
✓ Products that do not meet these conditions will be quoted separately before any preparation work begins.
✓ All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
